Db_set_atom

Db_set_atom [atom property] [zone] [atom] [value]

In the current molecule, set a data block of a specific atom (e.g. CA) in a zone to a value. In the example from above, we can set the B-factors of the CA atoms to a different value from the rest:

 O > db_set_atom
Heap> Full name of data block: ALPHA _atom_b
Heap> It is of type R and has 35 entries
Heap> Start and end residues in zone ([all residues]):
 Heap> Atom name [CA] :
Heap> Value (must match param block) : 23.
Heap> There were 5 marked atoms
